Typically $750–$1,250+

Final pricing depends on data volume, complexity, source quality, reporting depth, and scope. Combining cleanup with reporting is often the most efficient starting point for businesses with disorganized data and unclear reporting.

How Pricing Works

Starting Points, Not Fixed Quotes

The prices above are starting points, not fixed quotes. After a brief review of your files and goals, you receive a defined scope and a firm price before work begins — so there are no surprises.

Pricing is project-based; there is no required retainer. Rush work or materially expanded scope may require revised pricing, which is always discussed and agreed with you first.

Before payment, the quote defines the entity and currency, period covered, source files, approximate record count, and included revisions. The delivery date is confirmed after sample review.

Reporting assumes usable, mapped financial data. Additional cleanup is scoped separately, and a profit-and-loss statement is not inferred from bank receipts alone. Excel audit findings are reviewed and presented as recommended corrections rather than applied silently.

Final price depends on:

  • Row count and file size
  • Number of files to be combined or reconciled
  • Quality and consistency of the source data
  • Depth of requested analysis and reporting
  • Requested turnaround time
  • Requested deliverables and added scope

FAQ

Before You Begin

What should I share for an initial review?

Describe the business need, file types, approximate record count, periods covered, and desired outcome. Do not send financial files through the inquiry page.

How does the project begin?

We discuss goals, review sample structure where appropriate, and agree the scope, delivery date, revisions, and firm quote before payment.

How are client files shared?

Files are requested after scope is agreed and shared through the secure onboarding method confirmed for that engagement.

Is a monthly retainer required?

No. Work is scoped and priced by project, with any follow-on work agreed separately.
