Turning Financial Data Into A Clearer Path Forward.
We help small businesses clean and review Excel, CSV, and accounting-export data, prepare professional financial reports, and explain supported business-performance findings.
Practical Financial Solutions for Growing Businesses
From data cleanup and Excel workbook review to reporting and profitability analysis, each project is carefully scoped, personally reviewed, and clear about open questions.
Financial Data Cleanup & Health Check
A data-quality health check (not a business financial-health score): we clean and standardize Excel, CSV, and accounting-export data, check for quality issues, and flag uncertain or material items for your review.
We inspect workbooks for formula errors, broken references, inconsistent calculations, totals, formatting, and data-type concerns—then report findings and recommended corrections. This is a workbook-quality review, not automatic repair or assurance.
Within the agreed scope and as your source data supports, we prepare Excel and PDF reports covering revenue, expenses, profit, margins, trends, comparisons, and supported variance or cash-flow analysis.
Pricing groups these into three starting packages: the Excel audit and performance review are offered together as one $900 starting package, and standalone requests for either receive a scoped quote.

All records and amounts are preserved; a possible duplicate is flagged for confirmation rather than silently deleted. Source dates use US month/day order, and 2026 was confirmed from source context before the missing year was standardized.

Revenue rises across the three months while operating profit falls. That pattern may warrant investigating direct costs, operating expenses, pricing, or mix; this example does not assert a cause.
